Hi
Relax...One need not be scared in these days of technological advancement. You can have it investigated properly and hopefully all will be well. We understand your concern - possibly because a proper diagnosis is elusive? The best way will be to be followed up in a Multi-Speciality Tertiary Care Hospital.
May I suggest that you start with an ENT doctor? (Ear Nose Throat - middle ear affection is often the cause for dizziness). You also should have an MRI or CT scan of the brain to evaluate further.
Your young age itself is reassuring under the circumstances - the chances of serious disease are not high. You can adjust your own attitude - not to be serious! Relax - Your symptoms suggest no need to scare or be scared
Good luck
