Extreme Itchiness Between Buttocks Near Anus Followed By Severe Pain And Bleeding. Diagnosed Boil. On Antibiotics. Infection?
about four days ago, I began getting extremely itchy in between my buttox near the anal naturally I began scratching it. It began worsening so I assumed it was a spider bite and waited until Wednesday to get it checked out. The doctor diagnosed it as a boil that rubbed on both cheeks. She gave me antibiotics. Sitting down or laying on my back is a complete pain so I've been avoiding it however since Wednesday it has been bleeding and causing more pain, is it infected or draining?
The fact that you are having itch and have scratched it confirms that infection has set in the boil. If it is bleeding then there is drainage is occurring. I suggest you complete complete course of antibiotics. Please inform your doctor if the size is increasing and get it completely drained under aseptic conditions in a hospital. Do not attempt to drain it by yourself as it can cause further damage and delay healing. Lie on your stomach for a few days until it starts healing.
Hope this helps
