Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Saurabh Gupta's Response
Hi, Pain in your lower back seems to be due to muscle strain. On movement any strained muscle stretched and causes pain. Take proper rest. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting. Doing hot fomentation and applying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful.
