Extreme Pain In Stomach, Sickness, Sleeplessness. Why Is There Discomfort?
I'm in extreme pain in my stomach, haven't eaten anything but a Begal today, kind of felt sick then but now tonight I can't sleep more than a hour in extreme discomfort, tries drinking water and it came back up, can use the bathroom but I'm worried something's seriously wrong because of the discomfort and how this has never happened before

In my opinion, the pain which is excruciating might be because of peptic ulcer.
Use antacids and use pantoprazole 40 mg daily in the morning before breakfast.
You should be alright after 1 week.
