Eye Has Been Twitching.What Can I Do To Make This Go Away?

Over the past week or so my eye has been twitching from time to time. It is a very slight twitch in my right eye, upper eyelid. People can't see it unless they REALLY look for it. I have read a lot of articles that say it is from stress, or lack of rest, but I slept for 13 hours last night and it still didnt go away. It's been with me for about 8 days and is really annoying. What can I do to make this go away?

hey. im 17 and ive bin getin it in me left eye n had bowt 14 hours sleep too n its stil not gone its twitch for bowt 6 days me mum sed its just normal but i dnt reckon it is
