Eye Related Problem, I Can Not See Parallel Lines, Please Help

i wanted to about some eye related problem a friend said that she can't see parallel lines i could n't understand that. could u explain. she gave an example that if a person stands between two pillars she finds it hard to distinguish. she has to wear special lenses i just wanted to know if that was hereditry,

She might be having some problem in her lens for which she neds to use a special lens/glasses to help correct the lens deformity and hence focus the light rays to a point properly to be able to see the proper image..

For more details i guess you should speak to a Ophthalmologist.

it is something related to astigmatism the cornea on the eye is not regular and it causes this problem the lens is cylindrical rather than spherical one. just using the glasses regularly is fine and checking with optometrist every one year.
