Eyebrow Sore, Tender, Irritating Due To Bump. Eyes Swollen. What To Do?

Started out as a feeling of soreness in my left eyebrow. Thought maybe, I bumped my eyebrow while I was sleeping. Then turned into a bumped that I thought was perhaps a pimple, but also thought maybe a bug bite. Was very tender to the touch and irritating. Then next morning woke to a swollen eye, bump still there. The swelling goes down/away during the day and returns overnight. The hard bump is always there.

hello user

I think as per your history, you are having stye in the affected eye.
For that you require a ophthalmic advise from a nearby ophthalmologist.

Till you go there, you are advised to do warm sponging of the affected eye and you are advised to consume some oral anti inflammatory and pain killers to reduce the pain and swelling.

Your eye doctor the will advise you some antibiotic eye drops and some eye ointment to apply locally.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards,
Dr Hari Om Chandrakar
