Face Seems To Be Hard And Full Of Sunburns, Suffer With Acne, Soft Stools, Acidity. Remedy?

Dear sir, I am 30 years old. my face is hard and many sunburn ,Rural doctors said acnee diseases in my face and head skin . stool is soft but not clear, huge accidity in my upper abdomen , please advice me and solved this problem. Thanks & Regards .... jewel, mob 0000

Please follow these instructions
1. No hair oil, regular shampoo
2. No cold cream on face, No facial massage
3. Perobar soap (2.5%) for face wash daily
4. Ultragaurd 40 lotion before going out in sun
5. Clindac-A gel once a day on full face
6. Persol AC (2.5%) gel at night on pimple
