Facing Male Pattern Baldness Due To Hair Fall. Can I Take Both Finestride & Minoxidil At The Same Time ?
Dear Doctor Am 23 year male, am facing Male pattern baldness and my hair use to fall for many years ( almost 5) but not my scalp started to shown up as i might go bald in next 2 years. After deep analyze am having thought of taking Finestride & Minoxidil . Please suggest shall i take both at a time or to start with any of the above first? do i need to consult doctor before taking them?

Hi, you can start both of them together both have a different mechanism of action, finesteride would block certain enzymes which form male androgens where as minoxidil works by vasodilation so you can start both at the same time finesteride 1 mg per day, start with 5% minoxidil twice a day. take care
