Failed EKG, Doctor Said Heart Suffered Damage Due To Heart Attack. What Next ?

I failed my EKG, the doctor said I had a heart attack and my heart has suffered damage. What is next? Over te last 3 weeks I'm getting chest pains and stabing pains behind my left shoulder blade and my heart is racing after climbing one set of stairs and the pains last a good 30 minutes. When I breath in deadly, it feels like my heart and chest is surrounded by needles. What should I do?

Hi,

You should be treated as inpatient, don't over exert yourself. You should take regular antiplatelet, lipid lowering drugs along with anti hypertensive or anti diabetic if suffering from them. We can discuss in detail if you give us complete information an the drugs you are taking, investigations reports and illness you are suffering from.

We will be waiting for full information.
