Family History Of Diabetes And Crohn's. Sluggish, Chest Tightening, Headache, Lightheaded. What Is Wrong?

Hello, First I am a very go go go person I work two jobs and get between 6-8 hrs sleep a night. I ve never had any health issues in my life honestly. My mother is a type 2 Diabetic and has Crohns my father has nothing. I am 36 yrs old. A week ago after eating lunch i started getting very sluggish..not normal for me and my co workers noticed it too. Yesterday I had eaten a meal, Chicken with some sweetcorn and literally about 15 min after that i felt like i was drunk..woozy even...and my chest tightened up and for lack of a better explination i felt like i had an anxiety attack....it went away after a lil bit but i got a headache ..and thought nothing of it. Woke up fine this morning ate cereal with starbucks in it. ALMOST 30 min later the same feeling almost to the point of passing out. And all day today i ve had a woozy drunky lightheaded feeling that alternates with a headache.. Something..is wrong with me..and this isnt the flu . IT seems to intensify as I eat..but so far today the almost im too high in altitude headache has not gone away. I made an appt for tomorrow to see the doctors....my mom told me to drink Orange juice so i have..but that dont seem to be helping. She said its possible i have diabetes type 1, or hyperthyroidism ...the symptoms that come on..when i have them..what is the right thing to do.. drink the orange juice? or eat bread?...i thought carbs were bad for diabetes...i dunno im just worried...and I really want to know WHAT i should ask the doctors to run for tests tomorrow...to make sure they find out exactly what it is... Thank you for your time and concern it is greatly appreciated.

Hi, when ever you go to a doctor, just you explain what problem you have, for which you came to the doctor. It could be the diabetis, gastric hyperacidity.
I advise you to consult a doctor for diagnosis and treatment.you may need to have gastroscopy, and blood tests to confirm the diabetis.
Thank you.
