Family Suffering With Neurofibromatosis. Is There Any Treatment For This Disease?

hello dr, i am maragatham. from pondicherry. in my family my grand pa, my mother, and for me have the diseases named neurofibromatis. please sir help me from this diseases. because of this diasease, i hate myself.. i want to live a happy life like all others.. please tell me is there is any treatment for this diasease?

Dear Sir,

Sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately, neurofibromatosis is a genetic disorder which runs in families and has no cure. The skin lesions keep on increasing with age and there is no way to reduce them.
