Fast Pulse With Vomitings. Had Deli Turkey. Any Idea What It Could Be?

My son is almost 4 vomiting seems to have a fast pulse but no fever is lethargic but it is very late and he did not nap today. His mother said he ate some deli turkey for lunch that may have turned from age but cannot be sure cause there is none left how worried should I be do I need to do anything tonight or wait it out

There could be food infection .normally after couple of vomits it washes out. Give him plenty of water and electrolytes.
Take him to ER if starts vomiting again or has loose motions
