Fatigue, Bad Diet, Headache, Ear Pain, Dizziness. General Malaise? Get Blood Sugar Tested?
While I have never been borderline when tested in the past, I have had a week of general malaise ( fatigue , achy, not much appetite , headaches behind my eyes, sharp pain at the ears, dizzy when standing). Have not been to health care practitioner, yet. Was wondering if I should suggest a blood sugar test. No stomach trouble involved.
usually sometimes the food proteins start reacting with body proteins to give these type of symptoms if other things are normal i suggest you to go for specific antibodies for milk wheat potato or other common food proteins you eat and elimination can help you according to my experience
