Feel Nauseas , Stomach Hurts During Ovulation. Vaginal Scan Showed Endometrium 12cm Thick. Test Pregnancy?

Hello doctor . My period was on 24 september to the 28. I Guess my ovulation was on the 8th october. I feel very strange náuseas and my stomach is hurting more. But i went for a vaginal utrasound and my endometrium is 12 cm thick.
Im not really sure with i have to test pregnancy or not.... As i stopped the pills in november 2011 and bélieve never got pregnant same partner for 6 years .

The best thing you can do is to do a self pregnancy test first. Normally bHCGs appear in urine 7-9th day after fertilization so you'll get accurate result 9 days after ovulation. If it comes as a negative then consult your gynecologist for opinion.
