Feel Tired Very Often,forgetting Things A Lot, Clumsy Too. What This Could Be?

i am 20 years old and feel tired very often even when have a good 7 hours of sleep . i am in college and in class almost drift off to sleep often. i also find myself forgetting things alot.. day to day small things. i tend to be clumsy too. i do not have any medical conditions . i do drink coffee but not more than one to two a day.
