Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain clogging and congestion in ear and feeling of fluid moving inside the ear and feeling like being underwater seems to be most probably due to fluid accumulation behind the eardrum and blocked eustachian tube..

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI, otoscopy etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics, oral as well as nasal decongestants likeXylometazoline nasal sprays.
Along with it steam inhalation and chewing chewing gum can help..
In case of no improvement in 15 days surgical drainage by making a small incision through the eardrum can help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
