Feeling Chest Tightness, Pain In The Chest, Difficulty In Breathing, Marks On Thighs. What Are These?

# tightness in chest when I inhale
# pain under my left breast feels sharp
# pain under the sternum feels tight and very uncomfortable and same feeling in my throat
# at times get dizzy usually once when I struggle to breath
# shoulder, neck and upper back pain and tension to the point of me unable to
turn my neck 24 hrs a day
# migraines very frequent sometimes wake up with it if left makes me
photosensitive
# marks on thighs which is intermittent and looks like a web grape in colour

Tightness behind sternum and difficulty in breathing, you need to get one ECG as soon as possible,
From your pain description it feels more of like muscular pain, which increases on deep breathing, I prefer tab containing combination of diclofenac and chlorzoxazone, which is a analgesic and muscle relaxant.
To be taken in night time.i hope this would help to solve your problem.
