Psychiatrist 's  Response
I see no reason to be panic

It can be because of hormonal issues or fibroid uterus

Measuring the blood level of hormones like FSH, LG, ESTRADIOL etc and doing an ultrasound abdoman and pelvis would be helpful, by consulting a gynaecologist

For depression, I presume, antidepressants like flioxetine, paroxetine will help you whether it is because of hormonal cause or others Consult the psychiatrist after opinion of the Gynaecologist
