Feeling Dizziness Often, Urine Test Shows Presence Of Crystals. What Could Be Reason Of Dizziness?

Hi, I am a man of 32 years old. I am feeling a dizziness and fatige since a week. I did a blood and urine test, the results showed a RBC/HPF of 8-10 and the presence of calcium oxalate crystals in urine. Please I want to know what is the cause of these symptoms especially the dizziness that I feel everyday for about 1 hour.

Thank you

Could be stone in the urinary tract. get an ultrasound for kidney, ureter and bladder.
RBc in urine means hematuria (loss of blood)
get complete blood count also.
Dizziness may due to low hemoglobin
