Hello,

Welcome to the forum. Your symptoms are indicative that you are physically not well. Avoid taking alcohol, drugs or any medication without consultation with an expert. Doing so will only worsen your situation. Gurgling in the stomach can be due to any gastric problem chiefly GERD. Get some investigations done to rule out gastroesophageal reflux ( backflow of the gastric acid into the food pipe ) disease. Neglect may lead to formation of ulcers at such a young stage.

To stop such gurglings in your stomach take meals in time, do not eat hastily. Sleep well, avoid taking carbonated drinks, fried or spicy food. Make sure whatever you eat is hygienic and nutritious, food intolerance may lead to such symptoms.

If you pay heed to the points stated above you will not get blood in the saliva, if you do, I am there to help you. Get clinically examined without much waste of time. Take care.
