Feeling Dizzy, Tired. Have Back And Stomach Pain, Headache. Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi im 28 years old married women i have been feeling dizzy, headache ,tired , back pain and left side pain below my stomach all the time can this be a signed of pregnancy ?as last time i went to the hospital i did check uo every r=thing was ine with my pressure level and blood level and urine test was negative it almost two week since i meet a doctot for the same symptoms

Yes, it is possible that pregnancy can cause these symptoms. But more likely an ectopic pregancy is also possible. But since your urine test for pregnancy is negative it is unlikely that preganacy may be the case here.

There are several other abdominal conditions that can present this way. You must see a doctor who can examine your tummy and carry out some tests such as an bloods, abdominal x ray and ultrasound which will provide more information.
