Feeling Freezed Even After Wearing Woolen Cloths And Drinking Hot Tea. ER Visit Required?

My mom is 67 years old. She arrived last night from Colombia. We are in Houston. It is like 65 F and she is freezing. She is warm and wearing jacket, socks, sweater and still feel freezing. For a little bit she was not feeling her fingers. I gave her some hot tea but it is not improving. Should I go to the hospital?
