Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

You may not have a full blow depressive symptomatology, however you do have depressive traits and intelligent people know what they are and can reverse them by knowing what to do to get their mood up. If you are a positive person and I think you are you can be smart about the decisions you make and the choices you make so that you feel happy. I would also have you see a counselor so that you have an active discussion going about many topics by free association. Medications from a psychiatrist might also help.

I hope this helped. Take care, be strong and have a lovely day !
