Feeling Heartbeat While Sitting. Results Of Holter Monitor Awaited

I AM 28 YEARS OLD AND THE PAST TWO DAYS I HAVE FELT MY HEARTBEAT WHEN I SIT ONLY, IN MY BACK, LOWER RIGHT SIDE. I HAVE RECENTLY HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH MY HEART ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO MY RIGHT ARM WENT NUMB AND MONAY I HAD TO HAVE A HOLTER MONITER ON FOR 24 HOURS I HAVE NOT GOT THE RESULTS BACK YET IS THIS ANYTHING I NEED TO GET CHECKED ALSO

With the given symptoms it is better to check out the result of monitor, although it seems to be muscular spasm, it may not be the heart related symptoms numbness in the arm could be due to cervical spondylosis and it may not be due to any cardiac disease.
