Feeling Nausea After Intercourse, Vomit, Dizzy Spells, Sore Nipples, Painful Pimple. Reason?

Last pd was September 9th of 2013. About a week ago I had a nausiated felling after intercourse and had to vomit. Dizzy spells, mild nausea, and had extremely sore nipples til about yesterday. Never have had the slightest acne on my neck and now I have a painful pimple in the center. What may be wrong? I'm always tired and I usually sleep in a lot.

I am so sorry to hear about all the symptoms you have reported. For sure no one with these symptoms would feel comfortable and more so when the exact cause has not been identified. I do hope we get to identify the cause and propose solutions to you.

From the information you have provided, these symptoms are suggestive of an early pregnancy. I would suggest that you get a pregnancy test done to be so sure about this. If it turns out positive, then that's for sure the cause. If it should be negative, then I will suggest that you get consulted for the cause to be figured out and solutions proposed.
