Feeling Nauseous,stomach Cramps,back Pain And UTI

Hi, I had unprotected sex on the 4th, I had light spotting the next day, and throughout the week I was feeling very dizzy and nauseated, and had cramps in my lower stomach. I got what I though was my period on the 8th but I only lasted a day. On the 11th the pain in my lower stomach was getting worse and it hurt to pee, and so I went to the hospital and they said I had a urinary tract infection and gave my anti biotics. So getting over the burning sensation around the 16th, I was still feeling very nauseated, I was passing gas a lot more and peeing a lot more too. I found I was wanted to eat everything. I was just getting so hungry all the time. And still am. Today, the 20th I ve been having really bad back pains and still feeling very nauseous. I m still peeing, passing gas and eating a lot too. Could I be pregnant? Thank you.

Dear madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion diagnosis of pregnancy is possible only with missed period and positive urine pregnancy test.The test is positive one week after missed period.
The symptoms of early pregnancy are nausea,vomitings,increased frequency of urine and breast tenderness.These symptoms start at 15 days after missed period ie.,6 weeks.
So it is not possible to diagnose the pregnancy and also to have symptoms that soon after the unprotected sex .
Moreover from your history it is evident that the unprotected sex was done in safe period ie.,just 4 days before the expected period.
You are feeling the symptoms either due to stress about pregnancy or might be due to urinary tract infection.
I suggest your to see the doctor as you might need an ultrasound to rule out any renal stones and urine culture and sensitivity.

So dont worry and relax .
