Feeling Of Air Bubble In Ear, Painful. What Is Wrong With Ears?

Hello, I was wondering if there may be something wrong with my ear/s? My ears spontaneously feel as if there is an air bubble or something in there, and I try to yawn, which usually works with air pressure when you go on a flight for example, but it doesn t help. It comes and goes and is very random. Most of the time it is painful. Do you have any theories as to what this may be? Thank you for your time.

thank you.probably it is due to inflammation of the eustician tube which maintain air pressure between middle ear cavity and oral cavity.you may take paracetamol for pain.it will go spontaneously.if not then consult with a ENT specialist.
