Hello I feel like I have a loose flap of skin in my throat.I have had it for about a month without it getting any better,or much worse.It feels like I have an obstruction I can t clear with a cough.I have no other symptoms,acid reflux e.t.c except a cough I think is coming from the desire to clear my throat.I stopped smoking about 3 months ago.

You should consult an ENT surgeon for indirect laryngoscopy and if needed D/L.You need a digital X Ray of soft tissue neck lateral view also.
