Feeling Of Something Struck In Ear After Blowing Nose Very Hard. Reason?

My nose was plugged last last, and so I blew really hard to try to get the mucus out, by doing so my left ear ringed to its fullest and it was painful. Now I feel as if there's something stuck in my left ear. I've tried popping it and it wont work. When ever I would hold my nose and blow it feels as if theres something trying to get out in there but cant.

The reason can be because of Eustachian tube blockade. Use nasal decongestant drops (xylometazoline) for 4-5 days. Take mucolytics for few days and increase jaw movements by chewing a gum for sometime daily for few days. In case pain increases of the symptoms don't get relieved in few days, do consult an ENT.
