Feeling Of Squeezed Chest, Difficulty Breathing, Chest Pain. Used Nasal Spray For Allergies. Help

Feels like something is squeezing my chest, not allowing me to take a full breath, it has been constant today. Usually if I take a walk for about an hour, I am able to breath normally. there is also a weird pressure/sharp pain in my right chest. I don't want to go to the emergency room again. They have told me it is anxiety (but I am not stressed or worried about anything, and it starts almost as soon as I wake up). Another doctor said it was allergies, which the nasal spray has helped with other symptoms (mostly nasal congestion, and mucus sticking to the back of my throat). I used to smoke, but it has been approx a week. Is this something that will get better with time?
