Feeling Pain On My Upper Left Eye

Hello.. i've been having a quite sever headache for about a few days now. it all started off with a pain on my upper left eye, just right underneath the eyebrow. it was a severe pain, it felt like something heavy was pulling down my eyes. after that, the pain started spreading to my middle forehead. it hurts really bad, it just feels like there's something heavy pulling me down. i was just wondering if it may be a severe matter or if it's just a regular headache? thank you so much for you help.
