Feeling Pins And Needle Pain In The Lower Abdomen. Cause?

Hi, male. I ve been suffering from sharp needles like pain in my lower left abdominal area. It comes and goes lasting normally about 10 minutes. I am 32 years old. there is no nausea or vomiting, no blood or mucous in your stool, no diarrhea or constipation problem and no pain or burning during urination.
Can u help me please??

may be gall bladder infections or liver function dysfuncyion or chronic pancreatitis
get diagnosed bt us abdomen and lft tests
accordingly can treat
after tests post results for furtheradvise
