General Surgeon 's  Response
hi and welcome to HCM.
It doesnt sound to me like an emergency but i would go next day to doctor and have urine analysis to see is there uroinfection and then it should be treated by antibiotics. STD should also be considered so visit your doctor if you still experience this. Other possile causes are gastroenteritis or IBD so if you dont verify any uro-disorder you should do gastroenterologist work up. Wish you good health.
