Feeling Sick, Severe Headache, Stomach Pain, Dizziness, Fever, Stiff Neck. What Could Be This?
Hi, umm I have been feeling sick for a while now. Maybe 3 or 4 days? Anyways, I have a severe headache int he front of my head, really bad sudden stomach aches, severe dizziness, and I might have a small fever. I also have a stiff neck. Please help me. I have been on many symptom checkers and have not gotten any answers.

In my opinion the symptoms you have mentioned suggests mostly infection and for that you need a consultion with physician so that they can examine and tell you the correct diagnosis.Stifness usually means there must be some infection like meningitis but we cant say that without proper examination and investigations.Its just a guess basing upon your short history.Thank you.
