Feeling Sleepy All The Time, Fatigue. Need A Solution
i can't stay awake sleepy all the time, i can sleep for three or four days straight then wake up for 45 min. then sleep for two hours, off and on like that for another week. some times i'm to tired to sit up, some times i will pick a fork to eat with by how lite ti is, then some times i'm to tired to eat. if i want to stay awake for more than two hours i have to eat 4 caffeine pills every two hours. but that is only to drink some water eat a bowl cereal and watch t.v. it is not enough to shower, shave, or clean my bedding, i have been like this for four years 2009. what can i do.
From your history it appears that you have either some sleep dysfunction mainly Hypersomnia or some depressive disorder. You are also having tiredness, this is because of depressive symptoms along with hypersomnia. I would advise you to not to take caffeine tablets by yourself. Consult a good Psychiatrist and get your polysomnography done to rule out any serious sleep disorder as if the problem would continue for long time you may suffer from metabolic disorders like Obesity, Diabetes mellitus etc.
Thanks
