Feeling Sore, Pain While Coughing, Urinating, Feels Like G Spot Is Huge. Had Sex. What Could Be Done?

I had sex for two hours early yesterday morning and then again a couple hours later. I was feeling really sore but kept doing it anyways eventually the pain subsided but after the fact now it hurts to walk, cough, pee, sit. I felt inside of my vagina and it feels like my gspot is huge and tight which is where my pains coming from. I'm not sure why or what to do at this point.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The pain which you are experiencing in the vaginal wall could be due to soreness caused by prolonged friction caused by the penis.
Prolonged friction can cause swelling and soreness of the vaginal wall.
Is there any associated vaginal discharge?
If yes then you need to get the vaginal discharge examined.
Avoid vaginal sex for some days and observe for the disappearance of the pain.
In case there is burning micturition, you can get urine examination done.
