Feeling Tired And Weakness, What Can I Use ?

Hello, I am 21 years old and i mostly feel tired,fall asleep in lectures in my college most of the times and do not have sound sleep at night.Due to which i suffer weakness and not able to do my work properly.I have Hemoglobin above 12. Can i use Amway products (if yes), then which one?I don t want any chemical medicines please suggest me a good diet if possible. Regards, Sumit

Your sleep cycle is reversed. This is most likely due to a lifestyle problem. You could first try these simple techniques.
1. Decide what time you want to waken each morning. Set one alarm for that time. Set another for about 10mins later and at a distance from your bed so you have to get out of bed to put it off.
2. Consider how many hours sleep you need at night. For most people this is between six and eight hours. Now fix your going to bed time based on this requirement. When the time comes get into bed. Don't wait until you are very tired.
3. Request a colleague to nudge or disturb you if they find you asleep during lectures.

Try this for a week or ten days. Maintain a daily 24hr chart to see if your sleep pattern is consolidating towards the time you planned. If the problem persists you need to see a psychiatrist. Remember, anything you ingest or inject is some form of chemical - Amway or otherwise. Don't take these without medical evaluation.
