Feeling Tired, Fever, Chills, Vomiting, Muscle Aches, Chest Tightness, Burning Sinus. Cause For Above Symptoms?
36 year old female, Monday night felt tired fever , chills, vomited three times by morning. Fever and chills, fever, muscle aches all day yesterday. Today fever chest tightness dry burning sinuses and fever this evening of 102.1. I m a stay at home mom not able to rest much. Drinking fluids and have a appetite but still tired.

From your complains it seems that you are having viral infection.
Take analgesic like paracetamol or ibuprofen-para combination as and when required.
Within 2-3 days you will be alright.
Take rest.
Take plenty of water and liquid,fruit and lemon juices.
Take light diets.
