Feeling Tired Without Much Exertion. Is This Normal?
Hi, I find myself becoming tired after just 10-12 hours of being awake. It doesn t seem to matter whether I sleep 5 hours or 10 hours. I m not doing a lot of physical things throughout the day--I m currently between jobs, so I mostly just run errands for my fiancee (even then, not many). Other than that, I spend time in the house. The other night, I went to bed at 7:00 PM. The earlier I fall asleep, the earlier I wake up. It s becoming hard to maintain any type of schedule. Is this normal?
No, its sounds as if your body clock and circadian rhythms are off. Also, how old are you? Your adrenal glands may be tired or "burnt out" leading to fatigue. Do you have quality sleep? If not, try some melatonin from the health food store 30 min before bed. Visit a natural doctor or chiropractor and dont just take meds or "uppers" and dont rely on caffeine or energy drinks that will just make it worse in the long run.
