Feeling Uneasy In Evening, Muscle Contraction. Had Vertigo, Taking Olmezest. Feeling Pressure Back In The Neck. Medication?

I was using olmesartan 20 mg earlier. I had used this almost 1 year. In between I used to feel uneasy specially in evenings. Sometimes I feel face muscles contraction. Once I had the Virtigo then I was advised stugil. Later I shown to another doctor. He changed by medicine Olmezest-H 20. Presently I am using this for past 15 days. I feel some pressure at the back of my head. I feel bit tired in the evening though I sleeping well and resting properly.
Please tell me that this medication is proper or I need to check again.
