Hi,

Feeling vertigo, dizziness and weak is related to other problems too apart cardiac issues:
- oscillations in blood sugar
- stress/anxiety
- anemia (low hemoglobin/erythrocytes)

Therefore, it is a must to run :
- complete blood work
- EEG
- ear examinations

to determine the right cause. Depending on the results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

Hope it helped!
Dr.Albana
