I feel like I'm going to faint and I've been suffering from bad headache which has affected my concentrantion and hearing! Feels like the glands st back of my head swells up too. I'm so scared, I've had blood tests done then all came back ok but doctors said its anxiety. But it is affecting my social life too:( I'm very scared and don't stop thinking of what it can be. I'm only 17 too, can anyone help please? x
At 17 years age there is no time for worrying if everything's alright. You must enjoy yourself and not allow your social life to be affected.
From what you have said, you had some body complaints and weakness and subsequently a visit to the doctor confirmed the absence of any serious disease.
In this context please consult a psychiatrist or behavior therapist and get proper guidance. Hope you are eating your meals on time and taking care of your daily needs well. You should try to stop thinking of your health and spend more time doing things that keep you happy..
Hope this helps
