Hello user I think you are suffeing from some vitamin or mineral deficiency which might be causing reduction in blood hemoglobin which is giving the complains of tiredness and loss of appetite. You are advised to have proper diet and supplementary nutrition to prevent any vitamin deficiency. You are also advised to have general medical checkup to see for any obvious cause. Wishing you a good health. Dr Hari Om Chandrakar MBBS
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile, Ultrasound of abdomen,Further investigations can be done if needed.
Your problem may be due to various reasons. It may be due to anemia, mineral or vitamin deficiency. So,you should take multivitamins, iron and calcium tablets empirically along with nutritious diet.
