Feeling Wobbly. Getting Headaches. Prescribed Stemetil. Suggest

Hi for the past week i have been feeling weird, when i walk around i feel wobbly like am going to fall from each step i take. Iam getting mild head aches with this too, plus my head feels empty like there's something missing, I went to doctors and they gave me stemetil to take 3 times a day which isnt working, plus there for vertigo when i have had before and it feels nothing like this. Atm i feel like i need support when walking as its that bad.

You are feeling weired, dizzy, mild headache, feels like some thing is missing from your brain. stemetil did't work.
It is the vertigo, you are feeling, there might be headache related to the migrine, sinusitis, hypertension, etc may be there.
I advise you to consult a neuro physician for diagnosis and treatment, You may need to have M.R.I.besides other routine tests for confirmation.
