Feels Like Throat And Forehead Going To Explode, Vision Problem. Had Bronchial Infection With Sinus. Any Ideas?

Well, this is interesting. I am a healthy, active 52 y/o female. Had a bronchial infection Feb with the usual sinus condition. It's now May and it still feels like my forehead and throat are going to explode if I bend over to do anything. I have had problems with my vision, went to the Optho and he said all ok..now what...it's pretty severe, so I can bend over for long...

You need to consult ENT specialist
Get done CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses - axial,coronal and parasaggital reconstruction-------to know the extent of disease in nose and sinuses and eye complication if developing.
In addition you can take---
Tab. Roxithromycin --antibiotic
Tab. Mucinac
Tab. Ebastine/Loratidine +Phenylephereine /pseudoephedrine
Multivitamin
Xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops both nostril 2 times a day for 5 days only
Physiomer normal saline nasal spray 2 puffs both nostril 2 times a day
take antacid gel and prokinetic medicines for reflux
After consulting with your doctor
follow up after 5 days
