Feels Tired, Headache, Back Pain, Irregular Periods, Spotting, Stomach Hot To Touch, Scatter Brained. Treatment?

Past 2 months I have been extra tired, more headaches , a lot of back pain , my period will last 5 days I will get off then 3 days later I am bleeding again only its almost black blood and clots, Very bad cramps and my stomach will be hot to the touch along with my thighs, Also very unmotivated to get anything done and scatter brained
