Feet Feels Warm Most Of The Time, Struggle To Sleep, Headaches, Get Pimples Leaving Dark Spot On Face. What's Happening ?

i am 46 going on to 47 in september. i am a matured student persuing a degree program at a university. i am currently doing summer school - 3hrs @ a sitting. lately, i realised my feet feels warm most of the time, i struggle to sleep and when i do, i don't sleep much. i have headache from time to time. lately i am getting all these pimples, leaving dark spots on my face. please, what's going on with me?

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
You need to be evaluated to establish the cause of your symptoms. Are your periods regular? You may be peri menopausal. A gynaecological evaluation would help.
In addition, it is likely that you have migraines, which have got aggravated. Medical treatment would be helpful.
