Fell And Broke Vertebra In His Neck, Severe Pain In Shoulder And Arm, Taking Tylenol. Is It Addictive?
My husband fell and broke the 5th vertebra in his neck . It has been repaired and he was prescribed tylenol 3 [lenoltex] He is having mayor pain across his shoulder and down his arms. What I would like to know is the tylenol harmful to him to take maxium doesages, what does it harm in his body and is it addictive. It is 2 weeks since the surgery.

TYLENOL CONTAINS ACETAMINOPHEN WHICH IS TAKEN FOR PAIN AND FEVER. BUT AS FAR AS I KNOW IT DO NOT HAVE ANY ADDICTIVE EFFECTS.

1. GASTRO INTESTINAL SIDE EFFECTS
2. VERY RARELY ANAPHYLACTIC SIDE EFFECTS SUCH AS DIFFICULTY IN BREATHING AND SWELLIN OF THROAT, LIPS AND TONGUE
