Fell On Stomach While Pregnant, Hurt. No Bruising. Worry?

Hi Im 5 months pregnant and tuesday I fell flat on my side after being scared by a snake. My ribs hurt from the fall, frankly my whole right side hurt. I dont have any visible bruising so my husband said suck it up and youll be fine. I woke up this morning still no visible bruising but EVERYTHING I do hurts even breathing and now my whole chest hurts. Should I be worried?

hi,
though there is no bruising we cannot completely rule out internal injury, if you are not having any pain abdomen or bleeding per vaginum they are positive factors,
anyhow you once consult gynecologist and undergo physical examination and ultrasound to rule out the possibility of conditions like abruptio placenta and to verify the well being of the fetus,
if everything is normal no need to worry and take analgesics for chest pain with her advice, if chest pain increases better to consult physician once.
take care.
